The technology behind it ...
Using photodiodes the emission of processes is acquired integrally via the location and integrally via defined wavelength ranges. Typical wavelength ranges are the visible range and short-wave infrared (see DIN 54190-3).
Scope of application is the process monitoring of welding-, cutting- and drilling processes. Depending on the task definition, the algorithms enable the detection of the weld quality, the cut quality or the exact moment of the shoot through.
